The shows are getting better and better. Every 1st Saturday - 2 full hours of outstanding belly dance by some of the top dancers in the State ! Every show is totally different, with different dancers and costumes. The lineups change often, and the best way to stay abreast is to visit our website at www.desertpassion.com and check out the calendar page ! I update it almost daily.

Most of the shows are at the Eternal Way Center, 1022 South Lamar, Austin, 78704. The doors open at 7:00 pm for a social gathering hour. Then the show runs from 8:00 - 10:00 pm ! The food is vended by Ararat Mid East Fusion and consists of their yummy wraps, decadent pastries and various beverages. Sorry, the hard stuff has to be BYOB ! There are usually one or two venders with cool stuff and they change around as well.

Several Workshops are upcoming -- Hypnosis for the Dancer (ongoing - every other month or so) and March 7-8 finds Miabella and Almaazah teaching at the George Washington Carver Cultural Center ! August 15 will be Gitane (Indigo Rose Dancers). Again - go to the Website and check the Workshop Page.
