Both instructors will teach techniques that will enhance your performances.
While Miabella will be working with the more experienced performers,
Almaazah will be working with all levels, keeping it suitable for the new dancers!

Costs: $150 for the two days of workshops/$50.00 per class

Learn performance techniques, veil and drum choreographies, rhythm movements to inspire and emotions from within.

Enjoy a Saturday Night Show with stunning stars and live music on Saturday night (8-10 pm, tickets are $15).

Desert Passion's Monthly Shows !!

The shows are getting better and better. Every 1st Saturday - 2 full hours of outstanding belly dance by some of the top dancers in the State ! Every show is totally different, with different dancers and costumes. The lineups change often, and the best way to stay abreast is to visit our website at www.desertpassion.com and check out the calendar page ! I update it almost daily.

Most of the shows are at the Eternal Way Center, 1022 South Lamar, Austin, 78704. The doors open at 7:00 pm for a social gathering hour. Then the show runs from 8:00 - 10:00 pm ! The food is vended by Ararat Mid East Fusion and consists of their yummy wraps, decadent pastries and various beverages. Sorry, the hard stuff has to be BYOB ! There are usually one or two venders with cool stuff and they change around as well.

Several Workshops are upcoming -- Hypnosis for the Dancer (ongoing - every other month or so) and March 7-8 finds Miabella and Almaazah teaching at the George Washington Carver Cultural Center ! August 15 will be Gitane (Indigo Rose Dancers). Again - go to the Website and check the Workshop Page.

DESERT PASSION SHOWS ARE MOVING EFFECTIVE NOVEMBER 3RD

Will are leaving Casa de Luz (they are raising the rent) and our new location will be super......The Eternal Way Center at 1122 South Lamar Austin, Texas (the same center with Alamo Draft House and Heart of Texas Music)

Also, the dates are changing to the FIRST SATURDAYS..........still 8-10 pm.......2-hours of great belly dancing. $10.00 at the Door
